Removed the tool and the excessive vibration ceased.

A N/A No LER # yet. PC HTEXCH Reduced power to investigate contam-See NCOR 82- ination levels. The letdown valve 322. was leaking. This was corrected but Nuclear Services Closed Cycle Cooling contamination levels were still high.

Investigation revealed a letdown cool-er had failed.
