This letter promulgates the Illincis Power Company Nuclear Power Program Managerent Manual.
Nuclear Power Program Management is the process that assures that all requirements are met to', manage, construct, operate and maintain Clinton Nuclear Pcwer Station properly.
[rL This Manual contains programs, commitments, and schedules that constitute documentation of Nuclear Power Program Management within Illinois Power Company.
The Illinois Power Company Improvement Program (Quality Recovery Program, Verification' Program, Nuclear Program Management Plan) andisupporting efforts are included.
The Manual contains changes from material prepared in November, 1982.
The major change is the addition of milestones addressing the Training Recovery Plan, Procurement Stop Work Recovery Plan and schedule updating.
Only summary schedules are, presented in this manual; where appropriate, detailed'scliedules are available in individual programs that support the goals described in the Manual.
The Nuclear Power Program Management Manual will be maintained in accordance.with Section 2.
