lhe leak was isolated and a revicw of inoperative f ire protection systecs w a s i r, p rug ress. The review revealed that tt e cast header had been previously isolated to repair a leak (leak had been repaired but not released fer use).

Inrediate Corrective Ac.tipo Llea rantes were inrodiately released on east supply header and It was retu rned to service.
Cause Due t o the l a rge nurb e r o f sy s tee, isolated, it was det ent ined that the quides t mthm! of restoring protection was to plate the east header bach in service. This header was returred to service and all
