Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (PSI) and Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc. (WVPA) hereby submit Amendment 22 to their Application for T enses for the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 & 2.
The information transmitted by this letter supercedes the submittal of June 1, 1979. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30, enclosed are three (3) signed originals and ten (10) copies of the General Information portion of the Application for Licenses; fif teen (15) copies of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR); fifteen (15) copies of the Emergency Plan; fifteen (15) copies of the Fire Protection Report; and twenty (20) copies l
.of the Environmental Report - Operating License Stage (ER-OL). Per your request, ten copies of the Environmental Report - Construction Permit Stage, through Supplement 5, are provided to aid you in your review of the i
ER-OL.
Ihe ER-OL is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 51.21.
Upon receipt of notification of the acceptability of this submittal, the appropriate number of copies of the General Information portion of the Applicatica for Licenses, FSAR, and ER-OL will be submitted. PSI and WVPA will submit, under separate cover in the near future, the antitrust information specified in Regulatory Guide 9.3.
As requested in an October 6, 1982 letter from Mr. B. J. Youngblood to Mr. S. W. Shields, by copy of this letter two copies of the FSAR are being sent to Mr. R. Lyon of EG&G Idaho, Inc.

H. R. Denton November 23, 1982 SVP-0024-82 PSI is presently preparing the evaluation of differences in the Marble Hill design f~am the Standard Review Plan as required by 10 CFR 50.34(g).
This evaluation will be submitted under separate cover in accordance with the September 27, 1982 letter from Ms. E. L. Doolittle.
It is requested that the enclosed six (6) copies of the Safeguards Volume of the FSAR, which consists of the Marble Hill Security Plan, Marble Hill Contingency Plan and the Marble Hill Training and Qualification Plan, be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
