j Description of the Deficiency An error was found in the GHOSH computer program that was originally purchased through the U.S. Government listing service (National Technical Information Service). The error discovered was in the calculation of stiffness for triangular solid finite elements. This program has been used for the hydrodynamic analysis of the primary and secondary containments.
The error was found in the original purchased program and is not a result of any modification to the program.
The error in the program has since been correctea.
