As required by 10CFR50.54(q), South Carolina Electric & Gas Compny, acting for itself and as agmt for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits tm (10) copies of Revisicn 8 to the Radiaticn Emergmcy Plan.
Revisicn 8 reflects the recent update' and approval of ble Staticn Offsite Dose Calculaticn Manual (ODCM), in the refinement of the detecticn methods for emergency acticn levels cn gaseous efflumt releases. 'Ihis revisicn which has been reviewed by the Plant Safety Review Committee (as required by 'Ibchnical Specificaticns) does not decrease the effectiveness of the Radiaticn Emergency Plan to meet the standards of 10CFR.47(b) and Appmdix E.
