South Carolina Electric and Gas Company hereby submits its response to Notice of Violation 82-46-01, which involves an inadequate physical security barrier.
The material enclosed within contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, it is requested that the enclosed material, with the exception of the cover letter, not be placed in the Public Document Room.
The information provided in the attachment to this letter serves as the Final Report.
