Pursuant to 10CFR2.101(a) and in response to the NRC's request for informa-tion transmitted in reference a, the Supply System is filing herewith 10 copies of an amendment to the General Information required by 10CFR50.33, originally filed with reference b.

The Supply System, following discussions with the NRC Licensing Branch, con-siders it appropriate to file separately this amendment as well as respond directly, under separate cover, to the request for information of reference a.

/ This amendment affirms that all of the Supply System's principal officers and directors are citizens of the U.S. and that the Supply System is not owned, i controlled or dominated by an alien, a foreign corporation or a foreign government.
