OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION March 1994 Cooper Station operated at 100 percent for the month of March with the following exceptions:

1. March 1 - Derate to perform RPS surveillance testing.
2. March 2 Automatic scram due to high neutron flux caused by partial closure of turbine governor valves resulting from turbine -

control system malfunction.

3. March 17 Manual scram to repair valve RHR-MO-27A.

A unit capacity factor of 29.5 percent (MDC Net) was attained for the month of March.
