Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This letter is submitted as a follow-up to our I&E Bulletin 81-02 report of July 7, 1981 and our I&E Bulletin 81-02, Supplement I report of November 16, 1981.
After reviewing the content of these letters a clarification to the November 16, 1981 letter was necessary.
Referring to the data presented in Table I to the November 16, 1981 letter, Valve 8130B was not modified since it met functional require-ments, as configured.
With this clarification all information in these letters is correct.
I declare the statements and matters set forth herein and the July 7, 1981 and November 16, 1981 letters are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
