We were recently advised by EPA, Region X that they had no need for the FSAR (including the Emergency Preparedness Plan and Fire Protection Evaluation) and General Information Report. These documents were subsequently returned to us.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that we have deleted EPA, Region X from our distribution list for future FSAR and General Information amendments. A copy of our letter to Region X is attached for your information.
