BELLEFONTENUCLEARPLANTUNIT1-MAKEUPANDPURIFICATIONLETDOWNC00Lkit SUPPORTS - SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. Wright on February 26, 1980 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR NEB 80-4.
This was followed by our final report dated March 27, 1980.
As discussed with Inspector Paul Fredrickson by telephone on February 8, 1983, TVA failed to complete corrective actions as specified in our final report on this matter. This failure led to violation 438,439/81-29-01 to which TVA responded on January 21, February 10, and June 18, 1982. Our June 18 letter stated that corrective actions would be completed by June 1, 1983 Accordingly, we are revising our date for completion of corrective actions on NCR NEB 80-4 to June 1, 1983 If you have any questions, please get in touch with R.
