ERPIP NO, 3,0 / REY.9 TITI E: IMMEDIATE ACTION PROCEDURES 1.0 PURPOSE Section 3.0 of the ERPIP provides guidelines to be used to classif y events at CCNPP. It also delineates notification steps and urgent mitigating actions to be immediately performed upon classification of an event.
2.0 DISCUSSION Ten immediate action procedures are listed in Section 3.0. The first, ERPIP 3.1, is
)
an initial actions procedure to be carried out upon observation or report of any off-normal condition or event. It provides information to be used for classification of the event and then ref erences the appropriate immediate action procedures, ERPIP 3.2 through ERPIP 3.10.
- NOTE -
Immediate action procedures (ERPIPs 3.2 through 3.10) shall be used even if an Emergency Action Level has not been met or exceeded. The Emergency Plan is considered implemented sm12 if an EAL has been met or exceeded.
Q ERPIPs 3.2 through 3.10 delineate the actions to be performed immediately upon classification of the event. These actions include actification and those preplanned actions required to mitigate the consequences to personnel and the plant.
3.0 LIST OF IMMEDIATE ACTION PROCEDURES 3.1 Initial Actions & Emergency Action Levels 3.2 Immediate Action - LNG Contingency 3.3 Immediate Action - Fire Emergency 3.4 Immediate Action - Tornados, ilurricanes, and Floods l
