Dear Mr. Starostecki:
On December 27, 1982, Mr. T. Loomis (Niagara Mohawk Licensing) contacted Mr. it. Kister (Region I) and requested an extension until March 31,1983 on the submittal of the final 10CFR50.55(e) report on the potential deficiency regarding environmental and/or seismic qualification documentation of certain Control Room equipment.
This letter was due to the Nuclear Regulatory Connission on December 31, 1982 and was initially reported in an interim 10CFR50.55(e) on 10/15/82.
Mr. Kister granted verbal approval for the extensions.
