FEBRUARY 1994 IMIL1 The Unit 1 Cycle 6 refueling outage continued. Unit i remained in Mode 5 through the end of the month.

UNIL2 Unit 2 generated 785,496 megawatthours (MWh) (gross) electrical power during the month with a capacity factor of 102 percent. Unit 2 was operating at approximately 100 percent reactor power at the beginning of February.

On February 8, 1994, at 0941 EST, a power reduction was initiated for maintenance on the 2C No. 3 heater drain tank pump. Reactor power was reduced to approximately 70 percent so that the pump could be removed-f rom service. Repairs were completed, and a power increase was initiated on February 9 at 0550 EST. Unit 2 was operating-at 100 percent reactor power at 1455 EST that day.
