VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 REVISED COMMITMENTS REG ARDING GENERIC LETTER 90-06 By letter dated May 21,1993 (Serial No.93-177), Virginia Electric and Power Company committed to submit a proposed Technical Specifications change request to the NRC by March 31,1994. The purposo of this change is to make the Technical Specifications for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2 consistent with the guidance provided in Generic Letter 90-06 for operation of the PORVs and block valves in Modes 1,2, and 3 and for low-temperature overpressure protection in Modes 5 and 6. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that the subject Technical Specifications change request will now be submitted to the NRC for review and approval no later than May 31,1994.
