Dear Mr. Denton:
In our letter to the NRC, dated December 27, 1982, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) requested a change to the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Technical Specifications Table 3.6-1 and committed to forward a check in payment for processing of this change.
