The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. W. 'dright on December 18, 1980 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN EEB 8006. This was followed by our first interim report dated January 19, 1981, our final report dated July 21, 1981, our revised final report dated March 23, 1982, and our second revised final report dated June 17, 1982.

As discussed with NRC-01E Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on September 14, 1932, the date of August 30, 1982 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our second revised final report on this matter was not met. Additional discrepancies have been identified with the power supplies and documented as NCR 1952. The power supplies must be returned to the vendor before corrective actions on the subject NCR are completed. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by April 1, 1983 We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this this deficiency.
