1 DUKE POWER COMPANY DOCKET NO. 50-369 MCGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 AHENOMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No.15 License No. ?!"F-9 1.
The fluclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The applications for amendment to the ttGuire fiuclear Station, Unit 1 (the facility) Facility Operating License fio. fiPF-9 filed by the Duke Power Company (licensee) dated June 22, June 29,and August 3, 1982, comply with the standards and requirements of the Atoodc Energy k
Act of 1954, as amended (the Act) and the Comission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in confonnity with the application, as amended, the provisions of the Act, and the regulations of the Com-mission; C.
There is reasonable assurtnce: (1) that the activities uuthorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in comptiance with the Connission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; U.
The issuance of this license amendment will not be inimical to th6 cowaon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part ';1 of the Commission's regulations and all applicable requircaents have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the license is hereby amended as follows:

Change paragraph 2.C.(11)n.(2) to read as follows:
(2) The licensee shall provide meteorological and dose assessmcnt cspability to meet the guidance of Appendix 2, NUREG-0654, f.ev. 1, a s fol l ows :

Duke Power Company (licensee) dated June 22 and June 29, 1982, conply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act) and\\the Commission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; 4
