Dear Mr. Denton:

In compliance with the condition listed in paragraph 2.~C(23)c of Facility Operating License No. NPF-12 issued August 6, 1982, to South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE&G) and South Carolina Public Service Authority, the enclosed seismic qualification documentation information is submitted for NRC staff review and approval. SCE&G has reviewed the information and has found it adequately documents the seismic qualification of the pressurizer safety valve position indication system installed at the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station.

SCE&G considers this letter as a final respouse to this licensing condition to exceed five percent (5%) of full power.
