Supplementary Infonnation to CASE's 8/12/82 Motion for Protective Order by ' CASE
Dear Administrative Judges:
In our 8/12/82 subject Motion requesting protection for Mrs. Darlene Stiner from discrimination, harrassme,t, and possible loss of her job, we indicated that we were unsure exactly what NRC regulation a'pplied in this instance, and that we were therefore making the Motion under 10 CFR 2.740(c) as being the closest regulation we have thus far found to what we wish to the Board. to do.
We now have other citations which we wish to call to the Board's attention which apply more directly to the matter at hand:
