Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits five (5) copies of Amendment 7 to the Physical Security Plan under the provision of 10CFR50.54(p).
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Amendment 7 contains changes which were required or suggested during preoperational security inspections; necessitated by organizational and functional modifications; permitted by modifications in NRC guidence; and required for purposes of clarification.
The changes required or suggested during preoperational inspections relate to:
