Dear Mr. Seidle:
The District's letter dated February 10, 1982 provided the Dis-trict's response to Violation 6.b of the subject Inspection Report.
This violation concerned the biennial review of surveillance test procedures by Quality Control personnel, as required by Standing Order G-26.
The District stated in the February 10, 1982 letter that all present surveillance test procedures would be reviewed by August 16, 1982 and that Standing Order G-26 would be revised by April 1,1982 to clarify that only changes and additions to these procedures need to be reviewed by Quality Control personnel in the future.
The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that Standing Order G-26 has been revised and that the District has completed the review of all of the surveillance test procedures to ensure the necessary Quality Control holdpoints are inserted. With the completion of the surveillance test procedures review and the revision of Standing Order G-26, the District is presently in full compliance.
