Subject: Report Nos. k 250/82M 53and 50-251/82-25

This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. A. L. Cunningham of this

office on July 13-16, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Operating License

. Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41 for the Turkey Point facility and to the discussion of our

findings held with Mr. H. E. Yaeger, Site Manager, at the conclusion of the

inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the

enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of

selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.

We have examined actions you have taken with regard to the previously reported

unresolved item. The status of this item is discussed in the enclosed

inspection report.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure (s)

will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office,

by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written

application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the

date of this letter. Such application must be consistent with the requirements

of 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
