This amendment consis+,s of changes to the Technical Specifications 'en response to your applica+. ion dated September 6,1990, as supplemented September 17,1990.

The amendment makes changes to the Fort Calhoun Station's Technical Specifirations to address two administrative changes.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also encloseo. A Notice of Issuan',e will oe included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
