Dear fir. Withers:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Anendment No.7 5 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendnent consists of changes to license condition 2.C.(11), Fuel Assemblies, in response to your application dated 11ay 21,1982, as supplemented June 18 and July 7,1982.
The amendment authorizes operation with 22 fuel assemblies containing either three or five stainless steel rods in place of fuel rods for fuel cycle 5.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
