Modified Fuel Assemblies Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 88 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This License Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class III amendment request and a check for $4,000 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
This License Change Application is submitted to allow the use of fuel assemblies which have been modified with stainless steel rods and partial grids. Attach 2d is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 88 to the Chief Executive of the County in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
