Virgil C. Stener Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Technical Specifications
Dear Mr. Denton:
As discussed with Dr. Chandrasekaran of your staff on this date, we propose the following change to the Technical Specifications.
In Table 3.3-13 Items 2.a,b, delete "/reembiner." The basis for this request is that the Specification applies to the availability of monitoring instrumentation and not to the recmbiners. Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station has redundant recmbiners but of course the minimum operable channels will be interpreted to apply to the inlet and outlet of the recombiner in use.
A copy of the revised Technical Specification is included in this letter.
