emergency exercise. As noted in the letter, FEMA identified two deficiencies in; the offsiter perfornance. _W e understand _ that you have been assisting the rCommonwealth of Virginia-in correcting these~ deficiencies.- We also understand that;there is a. remedial drill scheduled for. November 29, 1990, to-demonstrate corrective action.  ;

We encourage you-to continue to work closely with the Commonwealth and counties Lin these corrective actions.
