This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. Orysia M. Masnyk of this office

on October 17, 1990. The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your Brunswick facility.- At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings
were-discussed with those members of your staff identified. in the report.

Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified.
- Although Section 2.201 requires you to submit to this office, within 20 days of
your receipt of this Notice, a written statement of explanation, we note that-
this violation had been corrected and those actions were. reviewed during.this
inspection. Therefore, no response with respect to.this matter is required.
