In reference to the last paragraph of your letter, we recognize that records of quality related activities are your responsibility.
We expect the status of the records to be commensurate with the completion status of the specific quality related activity. NBC inspection activities and findings at a licensed facility are not limited by the licensee's final acceptance of suc;t quality related records; they also include the develo'pment of such records and the responses of your representative's and agents to NRC questions relative to this documentation.
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this matter.
