In accordance with your letter dated July 16, 1982, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, flaterial License "o. :5NM-1E57 is hereby amended to authorize the temporary storage of new fuel onsite, on the delivery trucks, while awaiting unloading and moveraent into the reactor building for storage.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is our evaluation report in support of this amendment.
