Construction of Service Tunnel and Storage of Fresh Fuel On-Site This is to acknowledge receipt of your letters dated June 4,1982 and June 29,1982 which transmitted temporary modifications to the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant physical security program to allow for the construction of a service tunnel and storage of fresh fuel on-site.
We have reviewed the modifications submitted and have determined that they are consistent with the providions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). We have determined that thevrevisions do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security plan and are, therefore, acceptable.
The enclosure to the above-referenced letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
