We need the copper and nickel content for the beltline welds.
2.
.End.of. life.(FDL). fluence D.-C. Switzer's letter to G. Lear (12/9/77) indicates that 7
the E0L fluent.e is 1.9E19 n/cm sq. The Combustion Engineering document TR-N-t!Cff-008 (April 1982), " Evaluation of Irradiated Capsule W-97," states'that the E0L fluence is 2.96E19 n/cm sq.
(TableV-7,p.37). Which is correct?
3.
Upper Shelf. Energy (USE).for. plate.C-5667-1.(surveillance plate D. C. Switzer's letter to G. Lear (12/9/77) indicates that USE for the subject plate is 72.8 ft-lb in Table 2.4 and 106.5 in Table 3.1.
The RT is = 10 degrees F in Table 2.4 and
-10degreeFinTableSIl. The Combustion Engineering document N
TR-N-MCM-008 (April 1982), " Evaluation of Irradiation Capsule W-97," states that USE is 108.6 ft-lb. The FSAR (Table 4.6-1 states that USE is 112 ft-lb.
Which is correct?
l If the measured USE values are so variable for one plate, does this apply to the other plates as well?
4.
The latest.P/T curves.
l The P/T curves in the FSAR (Figure 4.5-4) are from a June 10, 1982 submittal. They are applicable for 2 to 10 years and are nonconservative. The P/T curves in FSAR Figures 4.5-4 are applicable for 10 to 40 years and are conservative for an E0L ll fluence of 1.9E19 and 2.96E19 n/cm sq. Which Figure are you L
using now? At what EFPY is Millstone 2?
