We have reviewed your October 27, 1993, reply to our August 16, 1993, letter concerning your plans to relocate and upgrade the UF cylinder storage 6
facility.
Since your current license includes only general conditions for safe operation of the Richland manufacturing plant, an amendment to the current license is not required to relocate and upgrade the UF cylinder 3
storage and handling facility.
As you recognized, Part II of the license, Chapter 10 of the Safety Demonstration titled, " Facility Description," should be updated to show the location of the new UF storage area and its buildings and structures.
This 6
revision to Part Il should be submitted before Siemens begins operations in the new area.
