License Amendment Request 93-20 has been reviewed and approved by the Station Operation Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Audit Review Committee.

' As discussed in Section V of the Licuise Amendment Request, the proposed changes do not involve a significant hazards consideration pursuant to 10CFR50.92. A copy of this letter and the enclosed License Amendment Request have been forwarded to the State of New Hampshire State Liaison
