CORRECTION TO AMENDMENTS (TAC NOS. M85643 AND M85644)
By letter dated October 13, 1993, the Commission issued Amendment No.
148 to facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No. 136_to Facility Operating License No. DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, respectively.
In that amendment, license condition (5) contained provisions of the approved Fire Protection Program as described in the (Updated) Final Safety Analysis Report and as approved in numerous SERs. An SER date of August 31, 1993, was inadvertently omitted.
Please replace the erroneous pages with the corrected pages enclosed.
