Special Inspection'No.90-006 On-April 1, 1990, Francis M. Costello of this office conductedLa special safety inspection at Riverview Medical Center in1 Red Bank,'New Jersey of.' activities authorized by the general license contained in-10 CFR 150.20.
The inspection was limited to a review of the installation of an new cobalt-60 source into an Advanced Medical Systems (Picker) Model C-9 teletherapy unit.. ' The findings' of the inspection were discussed with Tom Kidd at the conclusion of the inspection.
A copy of the NRC inspection report is enclosed. - This also refers to the-telephone conversation on April 3,1990.-between Mr. Costello -and yourself.
