This program has been developed to comply with the NRC's regulations in 10CFR and CP&L's' commitments in the FSAR. The applicable NRO regulation (10CFR Paragraph-20.103(g)] requires CP&L to provide written notification 30 days prior to the use of respiratory equipment for protection of c.
personnel from radioactive materials.
This letter provides notification that, as necessary, the respiratory protection program will be implemented to support receipt and inspection of
-new fuel for SHNPP. These activities will commence no sooner than February 1, 1986'.
