By letter dated July 24, 1989, (NRC-89-0158), you submitted an application for amendment to the Fermi-2 Operating License, No. NPF-43. The proposed change-
'would change the Technical Specifications (TS) provisions for the Reactor rJre
-Isolation Cooling System. Actuation Instrumentation and Feedwater/ Main Tur'.ine Trip. System Actuation instrumentation to be more consistent with Standar.
