j-addresses your original submittal dated January 12, 1993, as amended by your supplemental submittal dated May 20, 1993.
Following the preparation of the

You responded _to this issue in a letter dated July 28, 1993. The staff has i
i also reviewed this response. The staff has concluded that the proposed i
changes meet the. requirements of Section 50.47(b)(4) of Title 10 of the' Code 1
of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 50.47(b)(4)) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
