IGTICEIID hlX1FAR GDERATING PIAhT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Cracied Tee in Standby Liquid Control System On April 12, 1974, while perfor:dng a 7xm4stn2ctive examination of a seal weld an a FEECO flow switch (following removal of the flow switch actuator paddle) two cracks were found in the stainless steel tee associated with the ficw switch.
Investigation into the cnuse of the cracks is being ccaducted.
