ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC NO. M87859) 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 70 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, in response to your application dated October 7, 1993.
The amendment modifies Operating License Condition 2.C(3), " Fire Protection,"
by deleting the existing wording of the license condition and replacing it with the standard wording provided in Generic Letter (GL) 86-10,
" Implementation of Fire Protection Requirements."
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
