WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST, MAIN STEAM ISOLATION VALVE SEALING SYSTEM, HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. M80098)
By letters dated April 3, 1991, and November 25, 1991, Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) applied for an amendment to the Hope Creek Generating l
Station Operating License, No. NPF-57. The proposed change would have t
modified the facility technical. specifications pertaining to the primary i
containment leakage, main steam isolation valve sealing system and primary containment isolation valves.
In addition, there were requests for exemptions from certain requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J, and 10 CFR Part 100, Appendix A, that were also withdrawn.

Subsequently, by letter dated November 16, 1993, PSE&G withdrew the amendment request. Therefore, the staff has ceased review of the application.
