NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-361/93-34 AND 50-362/93-34
This refers to the routine announced in'spection conducted by Mr. F. Gee of
this office during the period of October 25 through October 29, 1993. The
inspection covered activities authorized by NRC License Numbers NPF-10 and
NPF-15. The results were discussed with members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
-
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No violations or deviations were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Pcblic Document Room.
