Inis refers to the rcutine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J.'J.
Lenahan of
this office on June 16-18, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License No. DPR-72 for the Crystal River facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. T. Lutkehaus, Nuclear Plant Manager, at the conclusion of
the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examina:. ions of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and ob servations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified
enforcement matters and unresolved items.
The status of these items is discussed
in the erciosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written appli-
cation to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date
or thi- letter.
Such application must be consistent with the requirements of
10 CF R '. 790(b)(1) .
