Subject:
Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Saticn Docket No. 50/395 Technical Specificaticns
Dear Mr. Dmton:
In a gevious sutmittal dated March 9,1982, it was requested that the surveillance requirements for the energmcy core cooling png be based cn the differmtial gessure developed by the pung rather than discharge gessure.
'Ihe acceptance critericn for the centrifugal charging pump was changed frcm a discharge gessure of greater than or equal to 2500 pig to a differmtial gessure of greater thm or equal to 2472 pi. However, we inadvertmtly failed to change the acceptance critericn for the residual heat removal pung.
'Ihe acceptance critericn for the residual heat rmoval pump should be changed frcm a discharge gessure of greater than or equal to 137 pig to a differmtial gessure of greater than or equal to 128 psi. & closed is page 3/4 5-5 of the 'Ibchnical Specificaticns with the apgoIriate correcticn.
If you have any questicns, please let us know.
Very truly yours, O. W. Dixcn, r.
