NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1113/90-203 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted an unannocnced special safeguards nuclear material control and accounting inspection of your facility on July 15 through 20, 1990. The inspection included a review of certain activities authorized for your Wilmington, North Carolin&, f acility and consisted of selective examination of procedures and records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with members of your staff.
Enclosed are the Inspection Report Summary (Enclosure 1) and the Inspection ReportDetails(Enclosure 2).
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were identified, in accordance with Section 2.790(d), documentatior. of the findings ~ of your control and accounting procedures-for the safeguarding of special nuclear material are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed Inspection Report Details (Enclosure 2) will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
