Dear Mr. Baughman:
The next meeting of the Licensing Support System Advisory Review Panel (LSSARP) will be held on October 10-11, 1990.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of the meeting agenda.
October 10, The meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, irginia in the Zephyr Room of the Quality Inn, 3800 South V Street, Reno, Nevada.
The Quality Inn is holding a block of rooms for the LSSARP at a special rate of $39 per night (single or double).
When making reservations, please inform the hotel representative that you are " attending the NRC meeting." To assure the $39 rate, reservations must be made by September 15.
Reservations may be made by calling 800-762-5190 or 702-825-4700.
A Prioritized Docur>nt Production Schedule Worksheet was distri-buted at the December 19, 1989, meeting for completion and return to the LSS Administrator's (LSSA) office.
The LSSA has deter-mined that it would be a more efficient use of the LSSARP's time to provide them with systematically prepared recommendations for review rather than to have the LSSARP develop recommendations.
Therefore, no action is required on the Worksheet at this time.
An LSSA representative will discuss an approach for prioritizing documents for loading into the LSS on the second day of the October meeting.
If you have any questions concerning this meeting, please contact Marilee Rood, office of the LSS Administrator, at 301-492-4003.
Sincerely, J
n C. H yle', Chairman gkSS Advisory Review Panel
