' COOPER NUCLEAR STATION OCTOBER.1990 i

' NORMAL POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, WITH ONE PLANT SHUT DOWN DUE TO A.

MAINTENANCE-ELEVATOR POWER LINE SHORTING ACROSS THE 34SKV TRANSMISSION LINES.- THE TURBINE TRIPPED OFF LINE WHICH RESULTED IN A SCRAM.-

WHILE CNS WAS DOWN RHR-MOV-M027B VALVE WAS REBUILT. l0N OCTOBER 29, 1990 CNS'WENT i

BACK:0N LINE AND IS EXPECTED TO BE AT FULL POWER ON
